'Sir, I would be obliged if you could afford me a short space in your valuable columns to inform all members that a general meeting will take place in jurys hotel in Dublin to-morrow at 8pm sharp. The Lambretta Club of Ireland which was recently formed extends an invitation to all Lambretta owners to come along. The club, which at present has a membership of over 80, deals with touring, maintenance and cultural interests. Thanking you for your co-operation and the space afforded. Run every Sunday from club premises City Cycle Park, North Lotts, Dublin at 2:30pm. Members meet at club premises every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 8pm, help needed with seating and other facilities. Hon. Secretay, 21 Westland Row, Dublin. Thanks to member for travelling from Dunleer in County Louth to join us on our run.

A most enjoyable run to Rathdrum via Kilmacanogue and Laragh last sunday. There were 22 members and 17 scooters, tea was at Barry's Hotel in Rathdrum. Leader was Max Sullivan with the help of G. Harding. No official run on Easter Monday but members may meet at the club and choose a destination on the day.
Sunday 24th April: Run to Trim via Black Bull. We're glad of the response to our request for details of the members scooters, will those who have forgotten please fill the information form soon. Please note that details of tours and other matters are displayed on the club noticeboard.

Sundays run was to Rocky Valley and the Vespa Club joined us on our invitation. There were 44 people, 19 Lambrettas and 10 Vespas. Next Sunday there is a run to Baltray (Louth). Meet at club at 2:30pm, checkpoint Whitehall Garda station 3:10pm. There will be an experimental picnic and members are requested to bring their own food.

30 members (21 scooters) went to Baltray. Some hardy members swam in the Boyne while others played football. Thanks to those who brought primus stoves and kettles. Leaders were K.Rowe, P.Kelly and B.Mooney. Mystery tour next Sunday. Assemble at club at 2:30pm.
